We try our best to keep all products in stock, but the reality is that is next to impossible. If we cannot fulfill your order in a timely manner, we will contact to find out if you want to continue to wait or cancel the orders. If you want to split your order and ship at different times, you may be charged for extra shipping.
We process orders quickly. Once the order picking has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. The order may be cancelled at any time prior to picking without penalty. All Icy Craft discontinued items are not returnable. They are finial discount sale.
All products sold by Icy Craft are copyrighted designs. The designs may not be reproduced, replicated, duplicated, or copied in part or in whole for any reason unless prior written authorization is obtained from Icy Craft Corporation.
All prices are retail and sales tax will be charged for sales within the state of Iowa & Texas. All prices are quoted FOB Iowa City, Iowa and subject to change without notice.
We take your privacy seriously and can simply explain how we use it. All information will be held confidential in the strictest sense. We never have, nor will be ever sell or rent your information. We will only share your information with partners when absolutely necessary to service your order. We have no parent company, nor subsidiary to share information with. In the unlikely event that we would like to share some of your information, we promise we will ask for your permission first.
For parcels obviously damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. All other claims for damaged or defective items should be reported with two business days of delivery. No credit will be issued for claims made more than a week after delivery. We promise to replace or credit all defective items, provided we are notified within the specified time period.
Please note that due to the manufacturing process, any and all items may have minor imperfections to them. Please contact us for details. If we accept your return, we may send a call tag for the product which must be returned within a reasonable time. No returns will be allowed without prior authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Authorized, unmarked items will occur a 15% restocking fee only if sellable condition. Otherwise, no credit will be given.
Standard shipping will be UPS ground, SpeeDee or USPS, at our discretion. Standard shipping costs start at $5.95 for contiguous US & $17.95 for AK/HI/PR orders up to $25. Expedited (1-3 days) and Overnight shipping is available. Please see the rate chart when you are ready to checkout. Specify "Pickup" in the order notes and we will refund your shipping if you pick up your order in a timely manner during normal business hours. Refused shipments will still be billed for shipping costs. Currently, we do ship to areas outside the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, Standard Shipping (actual cost billed separate after checkout for international shipment).
We accept all four major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Dwolla checkout. Checks and other forms of payments are not accepted. Some customers may receive Net 30 day terms with opening orders, provided credit is sufficient. All other orders must be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
