ordered trumpet angle figurine when it came was wrapped really well but when I opened it trumpet was broken off angle I called customer service and was no hassle very nice lady told me they would replace it was replaced in three days and in perfect shape I would certainly buy from them again wow what great service love it very pleased thank you.
